Our Store Policies

Hi thank you for visiting our store. We ask that prior to purchasing your items, that you please read our store policies. We believe that great communication makes lasting relationships.

Payment

We receive pay pal and credit card payments and payment is expected immediately upon checkout.

*** IMPORTANT ***
Please make sure your Etsy address matches your pay pal shipping address. If you would like to pay with a credit card you can make your payment through pay pal.

***Do note payment made through paypal must be paid at the time of purchase. Also if an ECheck has been made through paypal please note that the item won't be made or shipped out until it clears - this method takes about a week to clear paypal - so it adds another week before receiving it. 


Custom Made Bridal Orders
We require payment in full prior to designing the jewelry unless we have made special arrangements with the Bride. Designing of the jewelry will begin as soon as the payment clears in my bank institution. 

Once we begin working on orders, cancellations are not acceptable.

Shipping

Orders ship as soon as your payment clears through pay pal. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for a payment to clear in the bank institution. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping transit time is about 3 to 14 business days. If you would like to Upgrade to Priority Mail 2 day shipping, the total shipping cost would be $5.95. 

INTERNATIONAL
Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS first class international. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me, please allow up to 30 days from shipping date to receive your order, customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. As delivery confirmation is NOT available for first class international shipping. I only can provide the customs form number. If you wish delivery confirmation number please request in message to the seller Priority Mail International (starting at $14) as it provides that service.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit; insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended.

Returns and Exchanges

We are interested that our customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items. 

We will offer an exchange or a store credit for 30 days. If you fail to use your exchange or store credit within 30 days, we have a right to deny your request. 

Refund Policy

If you are completely dissatisfied with your item (s), due to the quality of our product, please let us discuss your reasons and we can offer a refund. You must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your items. Refunds are only offered on items that are not used, are not tampered with and are in the same condition as when you received it. We have a right to deny a refund for any reason, if need be. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. A product that is returned in a way that cannot be resold as is will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. We ask that you please package all items in a tight sealed bubble wrap envelope and stamp or write FRAGILE on the envelope. 

Lost Package Policy

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit; insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended. 

Mistake Policy

If we make a mistake on your order, please contact me right away or within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace missing or incorrect items free of charge and ship them with the same shipping method you selected when you placed the order. If a replacement item is not available at the moment, we will custom make the item for you or offer a refund or credit voucher that you can apply to a future purchase.

Repair Policy

If you have an item that needs repair after use, we charge a Fee of $10 - $12 and will mail the item back to you at free shipping.

Seller Information

Due to the nature of this business, materials used such as stones, pearls, glass beads, wire wrapping, or metal components are not always the EXACT same size and color. I try my best to get the closest match when using these components, especially in my earrings. I tend to use the wire wrapping technique of wrapping jewelry wire around a bead, pearl or stone. Not all wire wrapping results are or will be exact.
